Job description
Seterus is currently seeking a Training Manager who is able to deliver blended learning to key business teams in a variety of settings both in large and small groups. Uses instructional design principles to develop various offerings to a broad spectrum of work groups. Collaborates with others to achieve learning objectives and department goals.
Key Accountabilities 1. Design training programs to achieve job readiness in various functional areas. 2. Deliver training in various formats (Information Learning Technology (ILT), e-learning, blended) as directed. 3. Liaise with Vice President, Learning and Development to schedule and deliver New Hire training for all new employees on varied curriculum 4. Build and cultivate relationships across the business and multiple levels to ensure continued business support for the overall Training & Development effort 5. Accountable for individual, team, or department training results, and the impact of the results on functional activities. 6. Works on special projects, or works with and may lead small teams to achieve training and/or performance objectives. 7. Participates in team and project planning to support department mission and objectives.

The ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support. 3. The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one’s external and/or internal customers. 4. The ability to take responsibility for one’s own performance by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, and ensuring feedback. 6. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years experience in facilitation required via Information Learning Technology (ILT) and online
- At least 3 years experience in instructional design
- At least 2 years experience in program management supporting various business partners
- Basic knowledge in Financial Services or Mortgage industry preferred
- Readiness to travel 25% travel annually
- English: Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree
