Senior IT Risk & Info Security Analyst - Enterprise Cryptography Operations-14000598

Description
This position will be part of the Information Security Operations Enterprise Cryptography Operations (ECO) team. The successful candidate will perform encryption solution operations support functions related to infrastructure support, end user support, and project implementation tasks.

The primary job responsibilities involve performing encryption and key management operations activities which may include any or all of the following activities:

* Support whole disk encryption (WDE) project activities
* Respond to encryption support mailbox inquiries and customer problem tickets related to PGP Encryption and Bitlocker Encryption
* Support WDE audit and PRSA activities
* Perform application and server operations support and maintenance for the PGP Universal and MBAM infrastructure environments
* Requires on-call support and some IMR / CMR work activities during non-business hours (evenings and weekends)
* Maintain internal documentation library, ensuring process and other documentation is regularly updated to reflect the latest operational processes and requirements. Ensure records are maintained for compliance and historical analysis
* Provide analytical support as needed for issue management, project assessments, and reporting
* Participate in the evaluation of products or procedures to enhance productivity, security, and effectiveness
* Prepare materials (reports, presentations, etc.) to enable informed decision making
* Provide consultation and recommendations to internal business partners, customers and vendors in encryption activities and projects
* Provide root cause analysis assistance for incident management and post-implementation efforts

Qualifications

Required Skills/Qualifications:

* Knowledge and experience with the following security and infrastructure technologies - PGP Universal, PGP desktop, MBAM, Bitlocker, Red Hat Linux, PostgreSQL, Perl and Bash scripting, LDAP, Active Directory
* Understanding of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography concepts and technologies
* Experience in Information Security and Cryptography capabilities
* Strong interpersonal skills to work with varied constituencies
* Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, and organization skills
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent assignments with strong attention to details
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems (or equivalent hands on work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge and experience working with American Express’ ITSC, Service Now, and Manage Now platforms
* Knowledge and experience with networking a plus
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems (or equivalent hands on work experience
* Professional security certification preferred (e.g. CISSP, CISM)
* Knowledge of AXP Information Security and Information Technology Policies, Standards, and Reference Architectures
