Consumer Account Manager
Responsible for managing and developing the sales activity of a group of
iPhone and iPad resellers within an assigned geography. Maintains an
excellent relationship with carrier regional management and develops a
focused and productive alliance with Apple. Must build strong,
influential and collaborative business relationships with the reseller’s
store management and sales teams.
Key Qualifications
- Consumer sales background including 5+ years of demonstrated retail management experience or equivalent. Position requires strong planning, organizational, communication, sales management and leadership skills. Mobility background a plus
Description
Responsible
for strategy and execution on the iPhone/iPad reseller’s store floor
resulting in achievement of store sales targets.
Acts as an ambassador of the Apple brand and oversees the merchandising
and operations of a reseller store floor in order to deliver an
outstanding customer experience.
Responsible for the maintenance of the reseller’s store floor ensuring
that it meets or exceeds Apple’s brand and channel marcom standards.
Must analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly or daily
basis (as required).
Must report back on in-store competition and rate plan changes to ensure
that store and competitor information is kept up to date.
Education
Normally requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience .
