Senior analyst / Junior Associate –PPP and Infrastructure – Los Angeles, USA
Leading Investment Bank seeks analyst for PPP and Infrastructure investment banking coverage team. The client is a leading international investment bank with a strong track record across corporate advisory (M&A, debt, ECM, private placements), and Project Financing . Out of their small entrepreneurial LA office , they are seeking to add an experienced analyst of junior associate to their investment banking team covering the broader Infrastructure sector , including energy, utilities, power, infrastructure and transport. As an analyst / associate your primary responsibility is to have an integral part within the structuring and financing of projects within the US and Canadian markets. This role gives the right candidates opportunity to work across the corporate advisory , PPP and principal investing.
Key skills required:
- 2 – 4 years of investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, PPP or relevant industry experience
- Strong quantitative / financing / structuring skills, capable and accurate within financial due diligence, modeling , valuations
- Previous industry / sector experience within one of the following: energy, utilities, power, infrastructure and transport
- Strong educational background, bachelors degree within a leading college with strong GPA. MBA / Masters is a bonus (engineering background would be a bonus)
- Ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to work in a small team
