Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Operations in a consumer electronics environment.
  • Track record of success leading complex projects in New Product Introductions, Supply Demand Planning, Order Management, or Logistics within a consumer electronics organization.
  • 5 or more years direct team management experience.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence in a matrix organization.
  • In-depth experience in program and/or project management.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Maniacal attention to details.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Description

WW Readiness is seeking a Readiness Manager to manage complex, new product introductions across Operations, Sales Support, Supply/Demand Management, and Logistics. Candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to roll out new products while ensuring complete confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in Supply Demand Planning, Logistics, Order Management, Manufacturing, or a related Ops discipline, exceptional project management skills, a maniacal attention to details, and highly effective communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Manage change. Document and implement new processes effectively through change management and cross-functional collaboration. Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. •Communicate. Manage launch plan of record for Operations. Prepare cross-functional operational teams on new product launch plans. Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to cross-functional and executive teams. •Analyze. Drive postmortem analysis for each launch to capture learnings for continuous process improvement. Assess current business processes for improvement opportunities. Develop time dependency models for key launch activities including logistical lead times by country. •Execute. Execute launch plans including communication strategy, Online Store test plan, and key plan of record details. •International travel required.

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
