Technology Support Group, Project Analyst
As a member of the Corporate Audit Systems and Technology Team, the candidate will be responsible for documenting business requirements, managing project tasks and plans and coordinating resources to drive delivery of new systems and enhancements in support of Corporate Audit.
This opportunity also provides exposure to a wide range of technology and business staff around the corporation.
This role will support Corporate Audit as a help desk function for the Team.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
Ability to reimage PC and provide help desk support for Laptops
Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Products
An understanding of project life cycle methodologies and project management tasks is required.
Ability to report on the project tasks and the ability to create process flows of the current and future business process is required.
The candidate will need strong verbal and written communication skills, must be a team player, work independently, and thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
Ability to facilitate meetings and organize ideas as well as learn new skills will be necessary.
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the Organization and deliver quality service and have patience's.
Experience/Education:
Prior experience in business analysis and requirements gathering is required.
Also required is a working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio.
An understanding of applications and technology is a plus.
College degree and 3-5 years experience is required.
