Supply Chain Integration Manager

  • Provides leadership in key business integrations such as acquisitions , joint ventures, multi-divisional or functional projects

  • Lead Business and Systems Integration projects across Gatorade, CSD, Hydration, Lipton Partnership, Coffee Partnership & Allied Brands, Tropicana business (Chilled, Ambient, Naked Juice) and Quaker Foods & Snacks

  • Developing standard framework / processes for handling the management of business partnerships

  • Managing projects that are highly integrated and cross functional in nature

  • Identifying Power of One business integration opportunities that reduce cost, inefficiencies and increases service levels

  • Facilitates process and change management across various supply chain functions as well as integrated departments such as Finance, Shared Services, Sales, R&D, and Global Procurement

  • Partnering with Supply Chain functions and the BIS organization (I.T.) to cost justify technical system changes that support business integration projects

  • Provides integration expertise to others within the Capability and Optimization Team to assist them in meeting project deliverables

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in, Operations, Supply Chain, Business,Logistics or other related fields

  • 10 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain. Ideal candidate would have past experience many aspects across our end-to-end Supply Chain. In addition, would prefer individuals who have past experience in process improvement or continuous improvement roles.

  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain systems and aptitude to understand technical aspects of the systems.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, and customer supply chain.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, process orientation, and influencing/conflict management skills.

  • Must be a results-oriented "change agent" who can understand different points of view and effectively manage big-picture and tactical execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate cross-functional at all levels within and outside of Pepsico to create pull for our team's capabilities to deliver positive results.

  • Executive presence to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organization to maintain relationships and gain alignment on projects to achieve the Business Unit's goals

  • Must be willing and able to travel 10-30% of the time
