This position is
located onsite in Columbia, Missouri, and no remote work is available.
Pager coverage, off-shift coverage during scheduled times with an
expectation of carrying a pager 24/7/365
IBM is seeking an IT
Security professional that will come on board to be responsible for
providing point of contact service (Level 2) for our customers regarding
security issues. The incoming employee will:
Understand overall
compliance posture of supported accounts in order to give counsel and
advice to DPEs and account teams (consulting role)
Provide guidance on integration of SARM global processes for the account
Facilitate mitigation, escalation, and root cause activities
Guide risk/threat identification and acceptance activities
Support on-going assessments of account environment to drive continuous improvement in compliance posture via measurements
Coordinate/manage SARM reporting activities, including Management Self Assessments (MSAs) and Process Milestones
Drive
changes among employees as part of the LEAN methodology aimed at
reducing waste, driving uniformity and enhancing job performance.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in Systems Administration experience
within any of the following operating support platforms such as
Windows 2003, HP, Sun Solaris, AIX, Linux
- At least 2 years experience in at least one or more of the
following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and
configuring relevant technologies
- At least 2 years experience in IT Controls
- At least 2 years experience in Information security
- At least 2 years experience in risk management
- English: Fluent
|
Preferred
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma in Information Technology
- At least 4 years experience in Systems Administration experience
within any of the following operating support platforms such as
Windows 2003, HP, Sun Solaris, AIX, Linux
- At least 4 years experience in at least one or more of the
following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and
configuring relevant technologies
- At least 4 years experience in IT Controls
- At least 4 years experience in Information security
- At least 4 years experience in risk management
- Basic knowledge in LEAN Methodologies
- Certified in Security
