Sales Operations Business Analyst - Dreyfus (Job Number: 1312713)

Description

The incumbent develops and implements automated reporting solutions to meet business needs that are consistent with the business goals. He/She creates and distributes daily sales reports to Senior Management. He/She analyzes sales and asset data in complex databases for management reporting. The incumbent provides overall analytical support for the sales force, wholesaler and home office and other business channels' staff as it relates to sales data. He/She will also conduct analysis utilizing internal and industry data for firm/dealer profitability, maximize territory coverage, providing market share data and opportunities, work with investment boutiques to calculate revenue share on sub advisory strategies and providing expense reporting to senior management. He/She will act as a liaison between the various lines of business and shared service groups. He/She must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and follow through to completion with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years experience in financial industry; broad based knowledge of Sales Operations and Systems. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is required.
