As Scrum Master you will lead and coach a scrum team of software engineers, coordinating with a product owner, to create software solutions for GE Aviation’s Vehicle Health and Data Management product line.
Essential Responsibilities	In addition, you will: Ensure team follows the principles and practices of Scrum Work with the Product Owner to develop a prioritized backlog Work with Product Owner and other stakeholders to define quarterly releases Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective Create dashboards, reports, and metrics to communicate progress to the team and external stakeholders Improve team velocity and rigor through facilitating effective retrospectives Remove impediments that are preventing the team from accomplishing its sprint goals
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering development Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar roleEligibility Requirement : Possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
