As Scrum Master you will lead and coach a scrum team of software engineers, coordinating with a product owner, to create software solutions for GE Aviation’s Vehicle Health and Data Management product line.
In addition, you will:
  • Ensure team follows the principles and practices of Scrum
  • Work with the Product Owner to develop a prioritized backlog
  • Work with Product Owner and other stakeholders to define quarterly releases
  • Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective
  • Create dashboards, reports, and metrics to communicate progress to the team and external stakeholders
  • Improve team velocity and rigor through facilitating effective retrospectives
  • Remove impediments that are preventing the team from accomplishing its sprint goals
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar roleEligibility Requirement :
