The Field Services Manager will be chartered with providing direction and support to the Wireline Field Engineers, and to develop the GE Oil & Gas Tractor and Pipe Cutter business. This role reports to the Mechanical Interventions Product Line Leader. In this role, you will:
Essential Responsibilities	Work closely with the Western Hemisphere sales teams to seek new strategic business opportunities and to tailor contracts to ensure mutual success Provide day to day management of the Wireline Field Engineers assigned in the Western Hemisphere locations Provide Business Development for Tractor and Cutter services to drive growth whilst managing risk Promote and enforcing GE’s policies and procedures, especially with regard to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) best practices and procedures and GE’s core values Track opportunities, utilizations, and revenues in order to optimize and develop the wireline mechanical interventions services business (primarily Tractors and Pipe Cutters) Ensure that maintenance records, job planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement mechanisms are used effectively Provide field support to bring NPI (New Product Innovation) to market (for example running field trials with new products)
Qualifications/Requirements	Minimum of 5 years field experience in the Wireline services space (both onshore and offshore) Minimum 1 year of Commercial / Sales experience (dealing with contracts) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 4 years equivalent Industrial Experience
