The Role: Strategy and Business Performance Manager
The Business Manager for the Partner Hosting & Cloud Services Business is responsible for business planning, budgeting, business reviews and other key projects associated with business execution. The successful Business Manager is a highly-motivated self starter who is able to partner effectively with senior management, think strategically and effectively, develop key processes and procedures that facilitate consistent and efficient management of the Hosting business. The Business Manager will work on several diverse projects at the same time, provide management with insight to operational and financial issues, participate in overall strategy decisions, and assist in implementing policies and procedures. The Business Manager will become a trusted advisor to PHCS Leadership Team and maintain strong working relationships with other organizations such as SMS&P, EPG and BMO and Worldwide groups.

This position requires extensive cross-group coordination, strong communication skills as well as the ability to build compelling presentations and comprehensive business review materials. The Business Manager must have demonstrated success in driving complex projects, proven organizational agility abilities and proven project management skills. To manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables required of this position, the Business Manager must be highly organized and have strong problem solving skills. A process-focused aptitude, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and attention to detail are also required to be successful in this position.

Core Job Responsibilities:
Managing and facilitating the Rhythm of the Business (RoB) activities (i.e., monthly LT meetings, Business Reviews, MYR).
Partner with Finance and appropriate owners in the maintenance of various scorecards
Facilitate execution of key strategies and tactics, and participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement and incremental efficiencies within the Hosting extended teams.
Help establish accountability across teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into business and project plans.
Ensure a strong connection with the field in order to enable a healthy virtuous learning cycle and a real time understanding of field issues.

Required Experience:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in sales and/or marketing roles. A BA/BS and a minimum of 7 years industry experience is required. The candidate should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong execution skills, creativity and the ability to work effectively under deadlines and in complex business environments. Experience with project/process management leadership is required. A proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal business relationships is critical. The candidate must also demonstrate the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team environment that demands excellence.
