Clerk, Customer Information (Job Number: 1313561)

Description

Maintain the master customer database for the organization by drawing relevant data from all areas of the organization. Monitor 130+ automated feeds of customer information that draw from all areas of the organization and encompass more than 3.8 million customer records. Review and reconcile exception reports. Ensure consistency among customer data collected from multiple sources and rectify. Examine and research exceptions that may not be immediately discernible, i.e., marriages/divorces/name changes, business changes such as divestitures, spin-offs, subsidiaries, etc. Ensure exceptional data quality. Reconcile feeds with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures regarding privacy, identity theft, confidentiality, record retention and data security. Review database for indications of money-laundering activities. Monitor ACH limits. Maintain proactive and productive relationships with the customer-facing units to ensure an effective and efficient resolution to exceptions. Establish customer accounts and match account records to the master record. May be asked to provide ad-hoc, urgent data reconciliation for management reports. Minimum education - High School.

Qualifications

Minimum experience - 3 years of general business or office experience. Preferred direct financial services industry experience.
