Global Technology & Information Risk Manager – Investor Services
Description
The Global Technology and Information Risk Manager (IRM) for Investor Services is responsible for providing leadership and management of technology and information risk management function at one of the world's most preeminent financial services companies. The Investor Services IRM Lead provides governance for the enterprise information technology (IT) risk strategy that is aligned with Investor Services business priorities, primarily through the senior IT leadership group; also, working in alignment with the Global IRM Lead, the Investor Services IRM Lead manages other key relationships including Regional IRM Leads, Operations, Operational Risk, Operation Controls, internal/external Audit, Corporate IRM, external regulators, and overall global business leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Investor Services technology and information risk management program including:
- Maintain, support and enhance the information risk policies, standards, guidelines, processes and metrics
- Manage the technology and information risk posture for all Investor Services business functions
- Coordinate global technology and information risk activities for Investor Services (e.g., audit, testing, evaluation, and improvement activities)
- Drive global consistency in our approach, execution and reporting across the global technology and information risk function
- Develop/enhance the risk models used to manage IT Risk across Investor Services globally
- Deliver consistent and meaningful reporting as to compliance and risk posture over technology and information risk
- Coordinate with lines of business and other risk functions within Investor Services
- Provide continuous monitoring of the risk posture at the product, business unit and Investor Services level
- Provide regulatory interface, interpretation and compliance oversight
- Ensure that regulatory requirements and JPMC policies are understood, implemented and monitored successfully
- Provide expertise and knowledge of current industry trends in technology and information risk standards to improve controls across the firm; "be a leader" across the organization
