Branch Operations Support Analyst I

Stone Oak Parkway

Analysts provides accurate and efficient support to retail branch banking employees by answering questions, interpreting and resolving problems related to banking policy, procedures, and compliance. They identify and escalate issues that may have widespread implications. They maintain the capacity to grasp change in a complex retail banking environment. Analyst utilize strong retail bank procedural, legal/compliance knowledge base, and analytical skills to recommend appropriate, immediate solutions for which there are no documented procedures.

Ideal candidate(s) will be flexible with their availability for work schedules; between 6:30am to 10:00pm Monday through Friday and Satuday between 6:30am and 7:30pm (Training will be 8am - 5pm M/F)
