The Business Team Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals to the production team. Also they will demonstrate accountability for functional business, and broad company objectives. This individual will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, involving long-term planning.
Essential Responsibilities	In addition you will: Have direct leadership responsibility for all Huntsville Single Board Computer Test and debug functions Be responsible for meeting all key manufacturing metrics, such as VCP, Product Quality performance, On Time delivery (Span), & Environmental, Health & Safety metrics Strategically plan staffing needs to optimize labor efficiency Define, review and support business metrics Establish daily and weekly communication routines in the production area to drive awareness and ownership Identify and drive productivity projects to meet operating plan, quality objectives and impact business objectives
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing
