The Enterprise family of partnerships comprises one of North America's largest midstream energy networks, providing a variety of services, including transportation, gathering, storage, processing, fractionation and terminaling, to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil, refined products, liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals.

The Engineering Development Rotational Program (EDRP) Engineer will develop diverse working experience in and develop key working relationships between fundamental areas of our complex, dynamic, and integrated company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Field & Process Engineer:

  Working with local operations to maintain, optimize, and incrementally grow the capacity of assets within your area of responsibility.

  Gaining project responsibility from concept, through execution, to start-up.

  Coordinate and integrate input from Operations, Business, Engineering, and other groups to ensure safe, technically sound, and efficient operations.

Technical Engineering:

  Support on-going Operations, Business, Engineering, and Projects by providing specific technical expertise in one of many areas.

  Within Engineering, we have technical specialists in process engineering, reliability, integrity, hydraulics, controls, measurement, and energy utilization to name a few. These individuals make decisions, evaluate new technologies, and produce deliverables that impact the success of the organization.

Operations Management Support:

  Across the US, Operations Management leads the teams of field personnel that safely operate and maintain our vast network of diverse assets every day.

  Supporting upper management's continuous improvement efforts through process and budget stewardship while sharpening your technical, coordination, personnel, and business skill sets.

Project Engineer:

  Utilizing both your technical and management skills to build and expand pipelines and facilities across the US, whether working large onshore or offshore capital projects.

  Coordinate between Engineering contractors and various internal departments to ensure a safe and efficient project is completed on-time and within budget.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Engineering. Your degree should be accredited by the American Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) or an equivalent body.
• BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Some rotations require travel greater than 50% of the time.
