| • Develop and manage a large suite of Solution offers.
• Manage a team of solution managers responsible for offers. • Clarify the definition, value and design of the overall solution and of each individual offer. • Ensure that component offers integrate to form complete Solutions. • Ensure that component offers are profitable, scalable and, when appropriate, localized into each Region. • Support partnership development activities that leverage GE Intellectual Property and External Partner Intellectual Property or Capability as necessary to complete solution development in accordance with defined market/client needs and solution roadmap. • Take the lead Subject Matter Expert role in assigned Solutions Proof of Concept and Early Adopter Pilots at client sites • Generate billable hours from direct client work • Maintain an understanding of the market and client needs through direct client interaction. • Drive execution of roadmaps in accordance with the NSI process. • Produce thought leadership within healthcare industry on Operations Improvement topics. This work includes whitepapers, studies, and citations in newspapers and journals. These pieces should not only represent GE’s work to develop the specific solution offerings, but also advance broader topics relating to the assigned solution suite. • Lead offer development from idea/design to pilot to prototype to commercialization and launch. This will require, among other things, working with the Performance Solutions software technology team, working with the quality and regulatory teams, supporting Sales, developing installation and implementation teams, and contributing to marketing, sales, and support documents. • Manage key performance indicators such as orders, revenue and manage for each offering and Solution. • Provide documentation and refine and/or create the delivery methodology in order to support rapid commercialization either of new solution offers or to translate regional offerings globally. • Create communities of practice/knowledge management strategies and tools for the rapid dissemination of all documents, processes and information among regions and teams. • Manage knowledge assets in accordance with PS’s knowledge management strategy and practices | |
| • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, HR, Economics, or related field
• 9+ years experience consulting/advisory industry in successively more senior roles • 4+ years experience in healthcare industry with healthcare providers working in the area of hospital operations. • 4+ years experience in a leadership role with direct or indirect reports • 2+ years demonstrated project/product management • Working familiarity with healthcare IT systems • Demonstrated evidence of shaping and architecting new solutions with customers in assigned solution suite. • Excellent executive presence and ability to influence decision makers at leading healthcare providers. • Experience in architecting and managing 3rd party relationships (for some roles this may move to desired) • Commercial experience, including influencing complex deal cycles in healthcare. • Ability to travel 50% • Unrestricted work authorization in the US, without sponsorship. • Willingness to submit to and pass a drug test and educational, employment and criminal background checks | |
