The Retail Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales quota, including market volume, market volume growth, and business objectives within an assigned Territory. The incumbent uses discretion and judgment to execute a compliant, tailored strategy for the customer segment, including medical practices, physicians, community hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned geography. The individual incorporates local market business drivers to monitor and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging policy adjustments, the local political landscape, and relevant territory information that affect the assigned customer base. The Representative applies a range of consultative selling skills and in‐depth clinical and product knowledge to drive business results and build support for the Janssen portfolio of products. The Representative identifies and cultivates relationships with key influencers within assigned customers and professional networks to enhance scope of influence. The individual collaborates across Janssen teams and business partners to maximize efforts and enhance business outcomes. The individual implements brand marketing strategies and tactics at the local level, executes managed care pull‐through and push‐through strategies, and appropriately leverages Company resources to enhance business results.

The successful incumbent will conduct daily calls with a variety of key stakeholders across the customer segment to establish long‐term relationships and to achieve sales quotas and other key metrics, resulting in increased support for Company products. Develops and implements an efficient Territory business plan with strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities, increase sales results, and meet strategic objectives. Effectively collaborates internally and externally to enhance results. Develops and applies business analytics, marketplace, disease state, competitor and clinical expertise to position Company favorably within the Territory and to maximize sales results. Demonstrate strong knowledge of therapeutic conditions and treatment protocols; be able to serve as a valued resource to physicians by delivering information and providing access to J&J's significant resources; be able to identify and partner with stakeholders who impact healthcare decision making at the local level, including local healthcare providers, physician networks, local hospitals, pharmacies, and large local employer groups; be able to apply an in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's current healthcare and patient practices and emerging trends to develop the territory's unique business opportunities.

Qualifications


Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Valid driver's license is required. Clean driving record is required. Ability to travel as necessary (some overnight and weekends) is required. This position requires at least 2 years experience in direct selling in business to business or to licensed medical professionals of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical products. Prior experience in cardiovascular, diabetes and/or pain management therapeutic area(s) in the last 3 years is preferred. Experience launching a drug to market is preferred. Documented sales results are required. Examples of company awards or participation in management development program are preferred. Residing in close proximity to the current geography or be willing to relocate to the current geography is required. In‐depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including understanding of the decision‐making process and delivery of care is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically, sit at a desk for up to 2 hours, climb stairs, walk quickly from place to place between business interactions, and travel by car or airplane independently is required. Often requires work beyond normal business hours and periodic weekend work.

Responsibilities:
Technical Pre-Sales Support and Product Management collaboration including:
· Present Pivotal vision, strategy and product roadmaps to executives and technical management/contributors
· Drive the adoption of Pivotal solutions within strategic accounts moving current installations from departmental to enterprise
· Provide expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving Pivotal products
· Conduct pre-sales POCs involving applications and solutions. This will involve installing Pivotal products and many times, integrating other products with that install to showcase the technology
· Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of messaging applications industry directions and trends
· Maintain working knowledge of competitor products and how to technically sell against them
· Provide consultative support to the Field and Partner Training organizations for development of deep technical GTM training material and positioning
· Work collaboratively with Product Management, Technical Marketing and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of Pivotal products

Position Description

Join our team! Our Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts. This job description does not include all job duties associated with this position.

Essential Functions
  • Maintains product in Store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs; transporting product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, handtruck); utilizing hand tools; replenishing, facing, and rotating product; building, changing, and taking down product displays; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space; and securing damaged or defective product.
  • Manages backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting backstock inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged or defective product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (for example, pallets, product shells); operating powered equipment (for example, straddle stacker, powered pallet jack) and manual equipment (for example, pallet jack); completing Store documentation; and cleaning backroom.
  • Maintains areas of responsibility in designated accounts by communicating status and concerns to Store and Company personnel; identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions; attending and completing Company training and certifications; following Company and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety; following applicable local, state, and federal laws; utilizing a mobile device to complete work activities; and operating a motor vehicle.
  • Provides customer service to Consumers and Store personnel by identifying and resolving concerns; answering questions; locating product; and responding to assistance requests.
****Hours of availability needed between 5am and 2pm appoximately 20-30 hours per week. Weekend availability is needed.

Physical Abilities
  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling; squatting; reaching above the head; reaching at the waist; reaching below the knees; and bending at the knees.
  • Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack, handtruck) containing product loads a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
  • Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities.
  • Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
  • Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday.
  • Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday.
Minimum Qualifications/Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.*
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience working in replenishment or as Merchandiser.
  • 1 year experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or related field.
  • 1 year experience working in physically demanding fields such as construction, food service, landscaping, manufacturing, military, nursing, or related experience.
  • 1 year experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
  • Straddle stacker certification.
  • Powered pallet jack certification.
  • 1 year experience working under little or no supervision.
  • 1 year of college coursework in business, marketing, communication, or related area.

*Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coca-Cola Refreshments' guidelines to determine eligibility for the Merchan

The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse incorporates the nursing care process in the assessment of, diagnosis of, intervention of, and identification, implementation, ,and evaluation of the plan of care for optimal outcomes. Collaborates on a continuum the plan of care through communication with interdisciplinary teams, patients and families while addressing patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Must have a working knowledge of the care and management of patients in the setting. Must possess knowledge of respective clinical area to include all equipment used, infection control, regulatory requirements, universal precautions and all other skills, including pharmacology and IV therapy, related to patient care delivery. Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care. Communicates in a clear, concise manner appropriate to the developmental stage of the patient. Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills. Shows sensitivity when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers. The position requires independent judgment and nursing actions, flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to utilize an interdisciplinary approach in the provision of the professional nursing care. The PCU nurse must be motivated and self-directed in learning. The PCU nurse is responsible both clinically and administratively to the Nurse Manager of the unit. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred and successful completion required if selected.

The HR Director for the Topeka plant provides leadership and functional HR generalist support by being a business partner.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support Frito-Lay and the Topeka plant's HR strategy

  • Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner

  • Must accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans

Qualifications:


  • B.S. degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations; M.S. degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations preferred

  • 7 plus years of Human Resource generalist experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Must have experience supporting a front line organization

  • Change management expertise, specifically managing change within a large organization

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence the decision making process

  • Experience designing and executing well thought out staffing

  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary

  • Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time (Topeka area and occasional travel for Division and National meetings)
