Join
Apple's Customer Systems team within the Information Systems and
Technology organization as an Enterprise Digital Asset Management
Services Technical Program Manager. This role will lead implementation
of DAM and content management solutions for Apple customers and support
CRM processes. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills,
be a pro-active solution-oriented individual with strong written and

Key Qualifications
- Lead strategy and implementation for eDAM/content management solutions
- Define program roadmap, release schedules, project plans, and resource plans
- Manage business partnership and cross functional IS&T partners relationship for successful delivery of solution
- Manage relationship with the solution vendors
- Lead technical development teams and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Consider localization, scalability, and ease of maintenance in all solutions
- Manage large projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results.
- Influence work of cross functional teams
- Manage operational processes and infrastructure setup for the solution.
- Setup operational process and operational metrics for the solution.
- Review operational metrics on a regular basis for trend analysis and take pro-active actions for operational excellence.
- Do regular capacity planning to ensure system can handle projected volume growth.
- Effectively communicate project status to the senior management on a regular basis
- Manage business communications for application support escalations
Description
•
Strong knowledge of eDAM & Content Management platforms, functions,
and processes
• Experience implementing customer facing high volume solutions for eDAM
& content management solutions.
• Experience implementing Adobe AEM/CQ5 or any other DAM/CMS platform is
required
• Experience with content management, digital asset management. document
management, knowledge management, Content localization, CRM and search
solutions is a plus
• Experience with Java, J2EE, XML, Oracle DB technologies
• Must have a solid understanding of the software development process,
including release management.
• Experience as a project lead, supporting multiple projects at the same
time; Ability to define processes and execute them.
• Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues
with peers and IT management
• Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints
• Must be highly collaborative and able to work with different teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Education
BS
Degree in computer science or a related field with 12+ years of
experience in managing large scale solutions implementations in a large
size enterprise.
