Responsible for the collection and account
resolution with customers of delinquent accounts to provide payment
arrangements, customer service, and assistance in resolving customer
complaints and problem accounts.
Reviews aging reports and initiates calls to customers with past due balances to arrange for payment.
Resolves customer complaints and researches account discrepancies.
Tracks collections activities and expected payment dates.
Resolves billing issues that have resulted in delinquent payment.
Provides follow-up with customers when expected payment has not been received.
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma/ GED, and 1 year experience performing
collections, leasing, customer service call center, financial services
or outbound calling experience related duties.
Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.

2+ years of previous collections experience in leasing, financial services, or call center environment
Previous work in a leasing, financial services, or call center environment
Attention to detail; accurate and well organized
Strong problem solving and mathematical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet deadlines
