    Responsible for the collection and account resolution with customers of delinquent accounts to provide payment arrangements, customer service, and assistance in resolving customer complaints and problem accounts.
  • Reviews aging reports and initiates calls to customers with past due balances to arrange for payment.
  • Resolves customer complaints and researches account discrepancies.
  • Tracks collections activities and expected payment dates.
  • Resolves billing issues that have resulted in delinquent payment.
  • Provides follow-up with customers when expected payment has not been received.
  • Basic Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/ GED, and 1 year experience performing collections, leasing, customer service call center, financial services or outbound calling experience related duties.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.
    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree desirable.
  • 2+ years of previous collections experience in leasing, financial services, or call center environment
  • Previous work in a leasing, financial services, or call center environment
  • Attention to detail; accurate and well organized
  • Strong problem solving and mathematical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet deadlines
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
