Position Summary

As a Developer you will develop and maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions),including development activities like requirement analysis,design,integration, verification,configuration management,PLM support,product documentation.

Required skills include:
  • Deep understanding of ESRI-based GIS software (utilizing ArcGIS Server, specifically ArcSDE hosting versioned geodatabases, ArcObjects)
  • 5+ years’ experience working with an ESRI Versioned Geodatabase
  • Experience with PL/SQL and Transact-SQL programming within the geodatabase without using Multi-Version Views
  • Experience in performance tuning of a geodatabase
  • Knowledge of the difference between transaction models for both Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS
  • Ability to analyze Oracle and SQL Server traces to diagnose customer performance problems
 
Preferred skills:
  • Familiarity with the Telecommunications Industry (terms/equipment/processes)
  • Certified Oracle DBA
  • Experience with memory-management mechanisms/policies for solutions dealing with very large data volumes
  • Any familiarity with ESRI and Ericsson Network Engineer is a big plus
 
Technology Requirements:
  • ArcGIS Server, ESRI, ArcObjects
  • PL/SQL, Oracle 11, T-SQL
  • Requires 6+ years’ related experience with a BS; 4-6 years’ experience with an MS
